  • What's the difference between Wildwood's coordinator and a wedding stylist?
Our wedding coordinators will be with you every step of the way. Helping with planning days, your runsheet, coordinating bus runs and contractors (making sure musicians have all they need or MC's know what to say and when), recommending ppl to use if your stuck or want extra ideas. They are with you the day before the wedding to help setup and on the day from start to finish. Why would I get a stylist if I have a coordinator? Stylists help you execute on a specific look. They will source and bring things like flowers, personalised menus, signage, coloured napkins & other props which we may not have. We love working with stylists as they always bring a little extra and make the day run more smoothly. It is entirely up to you if you use one or not but we thoroughly recommend just having a chat with them to see if it's for you.
