We do this by working with a team of talented local creatives - from florists and photographers, to stylists and chefs - in our magical venue. Hand in hand we create memorable experiences, curated from scratch, so you don’t have to take care about anything - and truly enjoy your day!

Our wedding Packages include
Wedding Coordinator
Our coordinator will set the tables, liaise with the celebrant and all other vendors you bring to the site and keep the ship sailing smoothly. They will ensure everything happens in the right place, at the right time, and be there to support you with any enquiries or needs in the lead up to the day, as well as assisting guests throughout the service and reception. Our prices also include RSA barman and security.
Spaces
Exclusive use of the grounds for your wedding celebrations including beautiful gardens, lookouts, rain forest and bush for your photography. Access to Wildwood for venue set up, styling and rehearsals.
Reception
Our reception hall opens onto the lawn and has a first class commercial kitchen and can configured for events from 10 guests up to 100. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor the space and food to your exact tastes. Also included are our crystal stemware & Bose professional speaker system.
We have a range of packages available to suit your budget, style and inclusions. From an intimate elopement, a DIY affair to an all inclusive package with all of your vendors taken care of! All of our packages include the following however request our packages for more detailed information on further inclusions.
Accommodation
Relax before and after your wedding in our onsite accommodation. Perched on the edge of our gorgeous river escarpment, Wildwood House is the perfect retreat for the duration of your wedding. You will also have use of your very own pizza oven.
Parking
Onsite parking for up to 55 cars or you can add on our courtesy bus services to your package to ensure your guests arrive and depart your special day safely!
Ceremony
Want to wow your guests? The Valley Lookout encompasses the breathtaking views of the Kangaroo Valley, while you and your love are perched atop a wooden deck surrounded by nature. You can also choose your ceremony space in our Garden Chapel or Bush Shed!
Accessibility
Our venue has wheelchair access to all key areas on site. We take strong pride in making sure Wildwood can be enjoyed by all who visit.
Little Extras
Want to add something a little extra? We have a range of amazing extra's to add to your package including LOVE sign, fireworks, confetti, bubble machine, chocolate fountain or our Photobooth!
Prop closet
We won’t charge you anything for all the wedding bits and pieces tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glasses, linen,
vases, mason jars, tea light holders, etc - it’s all here in our prop closet for you to use how you like, to create the wedding look you want.
Wildwood is yours, and yours alone
Wildwood Kangaroo Valley is a secluded rainforest haven. Private hire of our venue offers exclusive use of the estate and onsite buildings to create your own spaces according to your taste. Wildwood is yours and yours alone.

Wildwood is equipped with a top class commercial kitchen and our catering partners will prepare restaurant quality foods for you and your guests without having to cut the corners of a makeshift kitchen. Our Gold & Platinum packages include catering too!
PHOTOGRAPHY Locations
THE FAIRY BOWER
A spectacular series of alcoves, formed by the creek’s path through the sandstone embankments, overgrown with moss and ancient ferns.
THE BUSHLAND
Filled with scribbly gums, wattles and an understorey of native wildflowers.
THE MONSTERA CORNER
An oversized monstera deliciosa that forms a natural living wall, perfect for close-up shots.
THE VALLEY LOOKOUT
A sandstone rock bluff with sweeping views across the landscape, which can also be used for the ceremony itself.
